The Academy of Traditional Asian Fighting Arts occasionally holds free Women's Self Defense Seminars. The seminars are usually held here at the dojo. Occasionally one will be held at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

The Women's Self Defense seminars are taught by our chief instructor, Dr. Scott Sobel. Some of the situations covered include being knocked down, being grabbed from in front and behind, being attacked on the ground, and more. Requests are taken for specific situations. No experience of any kind is needed to attend.
